133. The register shall be kept at the site of the activity or, in the case of mobile facilities, at the head office of the holder of an authorization carrying on an activity referred to in the first paragraph of section 70.9 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2), for a period of 2 years from the date of the last entry.
